香港許多人不論男女，皆喜歡「去滾(打邊爐)」。起初只要有一鍋沸水，放進材料烚煮，就可稱為打邊爐。但隨着人們對美食的追求，加上各地飲食文化的不斷演變，不同地方都發展出別具一格的邊爐，如台灣的薑母鴨火鍋、四川的麻辣火鍋、港式雞煲等。主持廖慧儀、伍韻婷走訪台灣、澳門等地食肆，加上本港在地探店，發掘不同特色的火鍋及其配料，還會走進所屬廚房，向師傅請教湯底與食材的製作方法與準備功夫，了解各式邊爐的滋味由來。。悲痛欲绝、渴望找到人生意义的艾吉·威格斯（克莱尔·丹尼斯饰），意外与曾被控谋杀的奈尔·贾维斯（马修·瑞斯饰）纠缠不清。但当迷恋逐渐变质，危险也悄然逼近。。Finding herself the victim of a violent monster attack, Jane launches a vigilante campaign to hunt the beast that tried to kill her.
