本剧以“人事部”为焦点，故事以残留着古老热血体质的大企业为舞台，愚蠢又过于天真的主人公·人见廉（松田元太饰），与希望改变公司、每天奋斗的女主人公·真野直己（前田敦子饰），与个性丰富的人事部成员们一起在公司中生活，他们需要面对其中出现的员工各种各样的问题，直面“现代人的烦恼”。。隋朝末年，天下大乱。大业十四年三月十日江都兵变，炀帝被侍卫所杀，江上却突然降下浓雾，十数日不散，不分昼夜，日月无光。传说炀帝广修运河之时，惊动了《山海经》中所载的神兽夔牛。一时间妖兽四起，天下大乱，民不聊生，各方江湖人士齐聚神秘的渡口驿站“草行渡”，整个客栈内是敌是友，扑朔迷离，天下究竟要何去何从……。A group of young pilots in a remote region of the Canadian wilderness begin to hear strange reports over their radios about planes crashing, cars stalling and a deadly plague which has gripped the planet. It becomes clear that earth is in the midst of an invasion. The group of pilots decide to barracade themselves in a cabin deep in the woods and wait for their impending doom.。
