梅斯瑞契特任职于洛杉矶警局，成功破获一件由外国王子策划的假劫机真勒索案件，也杀了主谋王子，逮捕一干人犯，但却因此使外交关系紧绷，国务院不得已将瑞契特判刑入狱，英斯毛斯是最先进的现代监狱，以绝对安全为号召，但突然秘密闯入武装恐怖分子，受雇安置炸弹想炸毁监狱。身在其中的瑞契特能否解决此项恐怖事件?还是恐怖分子能达成他们的目的?。本作导演为清水崇，共演演员为有冈大贵和门脇麦。takki饰演能操纵孩子灵魂并对施虐大人下死亡诅咒的神秘男子。大贵饰演追寻真相的记者，门脇麦则饰演他的女朋友。该片定于6月17号日本上映。。After the tremendous popular success of the Fantômas novels, both of the major French film studios — Pathé and Gaumont — vied for the rights to produce films based on the series.
