The plot introduces us to a psychologist who suggests to three couples that they engage in a group session, where they will have to analyse each other without her being present. In order to do so, she has left them a number of envelopes containing instructions on the things they have to address. The method she has proposed encourages everyone to share their opinions, argue with...。After a night on the town, Charlie comes home to the house where he is staying, drunk and unable to find his key. For the next twenty minutes he staggers into, out of, and through the house in an inebriated confrontation with the house itself.。失意的发型师吹牛强（李克勤 饰）与三个好友：阿狼（郑伊健 饰）、阿柴（杜汶泽 饰）和米高（许志安 饰）相约跳楼，然而在警方将他们团团围绕之际，同幢楼里失足坠楼的青年矢野（谭俊彦 饰）却打乱了他们的计划。生活继续的四人只得面对各自的烦恼：吹牛强难耐女友（卢巧音 饰）的土气考虑分手但又放不下后者的体贴跟帮助，阿狼被老板（林子祥 饰）整日压榨但又找不到发作的机会，阿柴不满工作狂女友（黄奕 饰）的长期缺位试图与前女友丁丁（林嘉欣 饰）重修旧好，而米高在接到自己有了孩子的电话后就失去了沟女的能力。四个大男人怎样解决自己的问题呢？。
