小龙（梁小龙饰）打拳厉害，被一黑老大相中，小龙不依，黑老大下令毁小龙，骠叔（董骠饰）是小龙的经纪人，为小龙出谋划策，然后惹出来一系列搞笑的事。。A young street magician is left to take care of his little sister after his mother's passing and turns to drug dealing in the Los Angeles party scene to keep a roof over their heads. When he gets into trouble with his supplier, his sister is kidnapped and he is forced to rely on both his sleight of hand and brilliant mind to save her。
