It has insisted on being amongst the things that k...。改编自日本明治时期尾崎红叶同名小说。将故事发生地放在1946年的中国台湾，讲述家逢巨变，陈哲志难忍心爱的林丽子为钱移情别恋，不惜走上歧途，成为赚钱不择手段的“金色夜叉”发誓向林丽子及其丈夫詹金荣报复的故事。。为了应对东京日益严重的犯罪，政府选出100名善良的民众担当市民警察，他们可以对任何罪犯就地正法。该政策推行以来，虽然犯罪受到一定程度的遏制，但是市民警察本身也受到民众的指摘，各种反抗行动接连出现，甚至有市民警察在行动中遇害。人过中年的芳一彦治郎（酒井敏也 饰）是编号为69的市民警察，身为快递员的芳一事业无成，老婆女儿也对他视而不见。作为市民警察的芳一也不过是含混度日，只求太平。直到他的压力逼近极限，才发现持枪执法是多么刺激爽快的事情。与此同时，芳一结识了清纯的便利店女孩小桃（早見あかり 饰）。为了博得女孩的欢心，他想方设法取得更多的钱…… 本片根据柳沢きみお的原著漫画改编。。
