两次金棕榈得主、丹麦导演比利·奥古斯特新片《The Passion ion ofMarie》，讲述丹麦历史上两位著名画家Peder SeverinKroyer和妻子Marie之间的故事。在凭借《征服者佩尔》摘得奥斯卡最佳外语片、金棕榈以及金球奖扬名国际之后，奥古斯特一直在外国拍片，1992年瑞典语的《善意的背叛》再次摘得金棕榈奖，而《ThePassion ofMarie》将是他14年来的首部丹麦影片。Kroyer曾在巴黎留学，是他将印象画派介绍给了丹麦。他在37岁时遇到了小自己16岁的Marie，但他不稳定的精神状态毁掉了两人的婚姻。Marie后来离开了他并瑞典著名的作曲家雨果·阿尔芬结合。。洛清黎是严厉教导主任洛冥珺的女儿，从小严格控制，生活压抑。赵之野的妹妹赵之婉因校园谣言被洛冥珺训斥后跳楼自杀，赵之野为复仇接近洛清黎，彼此步步沦陷。洛清黎开始反抗母亲的管控，然而悲剧就此发生。五年后，决裂的二人却再次重逢。。Superstition, magic, and bad decisions drive us down a road into a small town in rural Louisiana with Devin, a 17-year-old boy, being dragged to his mother's hometown after his parent's' ugly divorce.
