The story sees after a young man transferred from juvenile to adult prison, where he is taken under the wing of both Australia’s most despised criminal, and a soon-to-be-a-paroled inmate. A paternal triangle grows between them, suggesting that even the worst of men may have a little bit of good inside them — that will be their eventual undoing.。1968年越前海岸三里浜，因不满老大安本富藏（西村晃 饰）独霸组织经营权，富安组•安本组若头川田登（松方弘树 饰）使用武力逼其交出游艇、赛马等行业的权力。交易虽然达成，但安本对川田恨之入骨。在老叔万古喜一（ハナ肇 饰）的引荐下，安本与大阪浅野组•金井组的金井八郎（千叶真一 饰）接头，欲借外来黑帮之手除掉川田。 万古借此机会成为安本组老大，随后策划了一场伏击川田的行动。川田险些丧命，伤未痊愈之际便回到北陆寻仇，并斩断安本的一只手臂。出狱之后，川田表面顺服，实则暗中勾结浅野组•冈野组图谋反攻。一场大阪黑帮暗中操控的代理战争旋即展开……。
